This policy explains what information daeshalee.com (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit, how it is used, and the choices you have. If you have a question, email admin@daeshalee.com.

Information you give us

• Email subscriptions. If you subscribe, your email address is used to send you new stories. Subscriptions are handled by Jetpack / WordPress.com (Automattic). Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Contact and advertising forms. When you send a form we receive what you type (such as your name, email, business name, phone number and message) and use it only to reply to you.
• Comments. If you comment, we store your name, email, website (optional), comment and IP address to display the comment and help prevent spam.

Information collected automatically

• Site statistics. We use Jetpack Stats and Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. These services may use cookies and collect information such as your browser type, device, approximate location and pages viewed.
• Ad clicks. When you click an ad, we count the click so we can report totals to the advertiser. We do not share personal information with advertisers.
• Security and performance. Our hosting provider and security tools keep standard server logs (such as IP address and time of visit) to keep the site running and protect it from abuse.

Videos, news headlines and other sites

Some pages include content from other services, and those services may collect information about you, use cookies and track your interaction with that content under their own privacy policies:

• YouTube (Google): Shorts play in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player, which loads only when you choose to play a video.
• TikTok: TikTok videos are shown using TikTok’s own embedded player.
• News publishers: headlines and pictures from other news outlets link to and are loaded from those publishers’ websites. When you click a headline you leave our site, and their privacy policy applies.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. This site and the services above use them for things like keeping you logged in, remembering comment details, measuring visits and playing embedded videos. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

How we use and share information

We use information to run the site, send the emails you asked for, reply to messages, sell and report on advertising, and improve our content. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above, which process it on our behalf, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Subscriber emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Form messages and comments are kept for as long as needed to respond or for the site’s records. Statistics are kept according to each provider’s settings.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email.
• Ask us to see, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing admin@daeshalee.com.
• Block cookies in your browser, or use your browser’s “Do Not Track” or private browsing features.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
